In detail
A plan before the spend
Many campaigns fail before launch because nobody agreed what success means. A strategy and roadmap project answers the questions that decide results: which channels, in which order, with what budget, measured by which numbers. As a digital marketing strategy consultant, I put those answers in one document your whole team can follow.
What the strategy covers
I begin with your goals, margins and sales process, then work out what a customer is worth and what you can afford to pay to acquire one. From that I recommend a channel mix across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, SEO and other channels, with reasons for each inclusion and each exclusion. I also recommend the audiences, offers and creative angles to test first.
Budget allocation
Budget is a hypothesis. I split it between what is likely to work, what needs testing and what should be held to scale a winner. I show the assumptions, so you can see how results would change if costs or conversion rates move. The wider method is explained in performance marketing.
The 90-day roadmap
The roadmap breaks the strategy into weeks: tracking and foundation first, launch of the first campaigns, testing cycles, review points and decisions about scale. Each item has an owner and a clear definition of done. This keeps momentum, and keeps agency or team work accountable.
How it connects to the other offers
If the foundation is shaky, start with a Growth Audit. If you want ongoing guidance as the plan runs, the Fractional Marketing Head service continues from the roadmap. Book a strategy call to see which fits.

Questions about strategy & 90-day roadmap
Is this a document or a working session?
Both. You receive a written roadmap, and we review it together so your team understands the reasoning.
Can my team or agency execute the roadmap?
Yes. It is written so an in-house team, freelancer or agency can follow it. Execution can also be delivered through my team at IDM Agency.
Do I need an audit first?
Not always. If you already run campaigns, an audit first can make the strategy more accurate. If you are starting fresh, we can go straight to strategy.
How is the budget decided?
It starts from your goal, margin and the cost of acquiring a customer, and then is split between proven spend, testing and a scaling reserve.
What if the numbers show ads are not the right move yet?
I will say so and suggest what to fix first, such as the offer, website or tracking.
